Habe es geschafft vor einem Monat mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören, mithilfe von sehr viel Alkohol und Sport zur Entspannung, jetzt habe ich seit fast 2 Wochen auch nichts mehr getrunken Habe vor einer Woche mit Meditation und der Reiterstellung (Zhan Zhuang) angefangen, am Anfang schaffte ich nicht einmal eine Minute, jetzt bin ich schon bei fünf Werde heute im Verlauf dieses Tages vor dem Fernseher versuchen diese Übungen so gut es geht nachzumachen/mitzumachen Bin gespannt ob ich die ersten 15 Minuten durchhalten werde oder es komplett schaffen werde, bin 40 Jahre alt Comment from : @Fedkek |
