Habe es geschafft vor einem Monat mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören, mithilfe von sehr viel Alkohol und Sport zur Entspannung, jetzt habe ich seit fast 2 Wochen auch nichts mehr getrunken Habe vor einer Woche mit Meditation und der Reiterstellung (Zhan Zhuang) angefangen, am Anfang schaffte ich nicht einmal eine Minute, jetzt bin ich schon bei fünf Werde heute im Verlauf dieses Tages vor dem Fernseher versuchen diese Übungen so gut es geht nachzumachen/mitzumachen Bin gespannt ob ich die ersten 15 Minuten durchhalten werde oder es komplett schaffen werde, bin 40 Jahre alt

Tut man was gutes Damt wen man dem bösen zeigt sich zu überwinden und besser zu werden, ohne es zu begegnen, ich finde leren sollten nicht leichtfertig umhergeworfen werden wenn der maister sie nicht kontrollieren kann, nur ob Monk oder kampf meister am Ende wissen sie nix Sinn-volles mit ihren wissen anzufangen und geben es sinnlos weiter anstatt den richtigen zu finden dwr es an ein richtihen weiter heben kann weil sie angst hanen das richtige zu tun und ihrer sache so einen sinn heben möchten

I love this step by step wu bu quan ， I follow it time to time ， and make samll progress every time ， with the inhall and exhall helps me a lot to recover and move on next step ， at first I was done by heat up , slowly I can follow to the end and it make s a lot fun for me , I will keep training until I can play wu bu quan , thanks Master Shi Heng Yi
