Hey mate, planning to buy a house next year When does the £1000 bonus come in for the LISA? For example if I put in a lump sum of £4000 this month (July) do I get the bonus next month (August)? Or do I have to wait until April again next year for the new tax year

Hi Alex, great explanation of the ISA I have just started my first one with Moneybox at 516 which includes 09 initial bonus for 12 months In 12 months time this is unlikely to be the best rate available so would you suggest transferring to another provider with a better return? Thanks

Hi Alex - what are your thoughts on Tembo's Lifetime Cash ISA - they offer the market leading interest rate beyond the first year at 43 While Moneybox is higher for the first year, they drop down to 35 afterwards
