Managing Money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times, while orders tend to avoid them Well, at least my advisor does too

Most people are not credit card ppl, and thats okay Know thyself There are a few ppl who are credit card ppl, and by that i mean they just have one or two simple ones, nothing fancy with an annual fee or anything, and they understand that its literally just a tool to help build a good score They don't ever carry a balance and never use it as an emergency fund brbrSome people can handle a little alcohol, and can have it in the house for a long time without wanting to drink it And some people are intolerant to it, have addictive personalities and should never touch it There's nothing shameful in either, its more a matter of real honesty with the one in the mirror

I'm 49 and I'm in a good financial position after many years of struggling I made some dumb financial decisions when I was younger such as student loan debt and not prioritising more important things However, I also made some smart financial decisions, and one of them was never to use credit cards

Dave’s wording of “credit card points never made anyone a millionaire” is simply disingenuous He words it that way on purpose because if he actually said what was reality, he’d prove himself wrong If you use a credit card and you stick to a budget, there’s literally no down side and a ton of benefits And before he calls me a broke loser, I’m a millionaire too But I think credit is a really powerful tool and many millionaires agree Dave was traumatized once in his life because he went to the extreme and couldn’t keep up with his spending And so he’s trauma-dumping it all on his fanbase
