I run a rescue for kittens and currently do not have a 501(c)3, but wanted to raise money in order to be able to have the funds to obtain one Is it possible to do it that way and fundraise without a 501(c)3 status?

So before I go thru all the actual paperworks, in order to start fundraising do I need to have 501c3 to receive donations since they should be tax exempt Correct? brI don’t need EIN number at this point? brThanks

Great video I want to start a dance program that will be non profit Organization I love to dance and I think this will help young women get off the streets help students with after school activities and stay productive I know it may be a lot of work but I’ve been creating my business plan for years now and I think a non profit will be a great doorway to start I don’t have income I’m a medical student but I will still find a way to create this program it is my dream

Good morning I just wanted to let you know that I do listen to your videos every single day several times a day just to make sure I'm going the right route and what I need to do you are awesome and amazing very talented, I just have a few questions for you the first one I got my board together five people and I have my EIN number but I am struggling to get funding for the name reservation and Articles of Incorporation along with the 503c what did you do to raise that money? And the second one is did you have a office when you first started out or did you start it out of your home because mine organization this for the veterans here in the Central Valley California and I figured I would need a more professional setting?
