The BCA barrel nuts and mounting hardware are wildly, hilariously overbuilt On their short (4") 9mm uppers, it's like half the bulk and weight You could use it as a bludgeon

I threw a Faxon handguard onto my SFAR I use for hunting and it's been really nice Doesn't get cold in the winter and it is a lot lighter than what came on the rifle I don't need to attach anything to it, so it's been solid Maybe a little specific of a use case, but for hunting carbon fiber does have it's upsides

Aero Enhanced rails are great, easily A tier, less proprietary than the LMT, and easily usable on standard BAR nuts The newer Pro rails are far better, rivaling GeisseleI have all three, both Aeros and Geissele, and will be buying more of the Aero Pro rails

I have MI rails on my two competition rifles, we spear the things into barrels with our shotguns, mine have a bunch of dings and scratches but they haven’t budged or bent They are perfect for my use as they clear my adjustable gas block but are still pretty slimline

I'm seriously looking into the Aero Enhanced raik for a Radial Delayed SD build It will allow me to tuck that SD suppressor and has a quad rail version so I dont have to worry about MLOK nuts hitting the can Not sure if I'll do an enhanced upper or just the handguard on a standard upper though I like the Aero uppers
