What I observed in the videos I watched was more on memorized speech, for me memorized speech helps in delivering speech and facilitates your speech and most of all your body movement is synchronized because all you have to think about is the words you release and you do not have notes like the videos we watched Memorized speech is also often used when you are performing on a large stage or shows on TV

The type of speech delivered has to depend according to the necessity of delivering the speech and each and every type of speech has their own advantages and disadvantages, but I think the most efficient way to deliver a speech is extemporaneous speech because it allows us to practice the speech without sounding monotonous
