I just discovered your channel, it's great! loving your adventures, you are super brave You can ask for the monetary amount for the dried spices like "asharah guinea ganzabil minfudluk" , they also like when you use "no'ss" or half, or "roba", a fourth (you are much better with Arabic than I am, and my hubby is not supervising my attempts atm, just started learning masery arabic) I save a lot of money buying from bulk stores like that vs the pre-packaged -Maria
