The pronoun ‘il’ in the verse ‘il est entré dans mon cœur ‘ means ‘he,’ the man she loves Your translation is wrong As proof, listen to Andea Bocelli singing this song in French Since he is a man, he changes the pronoun ‘il’ (he) to ‘elle’ (she): elle est entrée dans mon coeur She has used the word ‘il’ several times before she sings ‘il est entré dans mon coeur’ So clearly ‘il’ means HE in this verse
