You have to heat up the mould to about 600 celsius and have torches pointed at the mould while you quickly pour the gold The torches will consume the oxygen allowing a better result

Why dont you pre heated the mold and throw in a little borax to flux tiny inpuritys And use a torch and pour it faster in the hot mold, with a torch on the surface for the nicest outcome
