Thanks for outlining the 3 step process, Tim What are the top 5 (or more) questions that you ask the client when performing a Needs Analysis? I've had clients who want to simply jump into design and production because they've decided that e-learning is the solution to all their problems, and that they have tons of content that they want included in the course
