If I was everybody, I would not do This is a set up to be behind the first experience I loved it, but the second time when it was time pay rent I had more than enough in my account on the first and do you know they may never initiate to take out my rent they had till the fifth to pay my rent and was still not paid so that led 😮me to late fees charges apartments so I end up having to pay the full amount on the 1,800 with $300 extra late fees, so I gave them a benefit of the doubt and try it again the second month with the same thing I don’t like the system you cannot get in touch with nobody The email is Program as a robot like this is so not good it cost me to be behind a lesson learned If you’re trying to better yourself, build your credit up and continue paying your rent on time This is not the way to go Put God in it and he will lead you into the right direction out to budget and manage your bills but if it’s working for us people kudos to y’all never again big distraction

I did flex last month I was very happy but I have a question, my next month rent is up do they automatically go to your portal and Reflex on its onor you have to reflex your next month rent

Why can't the apartment complex just allow tenants to pay a portion on the 1st and 15th instead of going through another company and having to pay a fee in addition to rent? This is just another way to get money out of people These big businesses win while people are still struggling Makes no sense to me

Hey Niecy can you answer the question real fast I got the flex app right they charged me for rent but my property had not got the payment yet and I’m worried that I’m going to be charged a late fee after today if they don’t get the payment and my flex portal says 1st payment authorized but it tells me to self submit payment? I tried that n put their card info in there but it says they don’t accept prepaid cards when that’s what the self submit payment instructions told me to do so can you please help I don’t kno what to do I’m worried I don’t kno if I should wait bc I been waiting a long time
