Using cheat codes I would go: spawn tank, enter, start vigilante mission, exit the tank, walk away a bit, use cheat code to blow up all cars across the entire city, before the time runs out create and enter a new tank, repeat Amount of money increases rapidly

why didnt you explain the most important part of cone crazy, that there is a legitimate order in how many seconds you leave before you do the last one To maximize the earning? you can only reset if you fail but if you pass you cant reset by just driving to the park spot you need to go to the paint spray to reset it stuff you!
