Just to add, once the knife came out, always think that the enemy carry more than one knife or weapon Could be another knife or a gun So if ever you manage to disarm him, always be ready to run after disarming or just run at the very start you saw the knife Keeping distance and grabbing anything to defend is your second choice if he follows you or you ended up facing the enemy Always running is your first and best choice when knife came outdont be a hero, we dont know what death is until we experience it 😂

totally agreed I myself train muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu for a very long time It makes you a weapon if the opponent does not have a weapon but still it does not make you a blade ! AND THIS IS THE TIME TO WAKE UP AND FACE REALITY So If you see an agressor with a weapon ( especially it is no joke if they know how to use it properly ) and if you are able to run away ; use the agility "that many years of training gave you" to run as fast as you can and as long as you can :) run for your life :)

This only works if the other person is slower than you maintaining good and throwing a heavy kick will stun any good grown guy which gives enough time to grap something or disarm him , point is if you are swift enough you'll not die and disarm the other guy and a two hand grapple can completly neutralise this technique note the two hand graple should be tight enough and at a safe point on the attackers arm blocking mainly his elbows movements while avoiding the wrist movements

My uncle fought a dude with a machete He couldn't find anything he could use as a weapon And he wasn't going to run either So he just turned around and start swinging at that guy He knocked all of that guys front teeth out Him and my uncle both ended up in the hospital My uncle had cuts from his head to his waist front and back The guy with the machete went blind and his front teeth top and bottom teeth was missing
