I sincerely appreciate the hard work you do to help us improve our English, and I'd like to elaborate briefly on the last step you've mentioned Based on my own experience, I've noticed that when I am doing things that I don't initially like, but consider crucial for my improvement, after a while they become less painful and, after another set of repetitions, even pleasant, opening up possibilities to create a flow state From this perspective, expanding our comfort zone reveals more opportunities to enter a flow state
